Adult Gymnastics
Foundation Gymnastics is proud to announce the creation of our very own Adult Gymnastics Program because everyone deserves the chance to experience what gymnastics has to offer, even if you never got the chance as a kid. No experience necessary! We're gauging interest before we finalize the fall schedule, and your sign-up directly shapes how this program happens. While many things are still up in the air, here's a tentative view of what Adult Gymnastics Classes would look like at Foundation:

We currently plan to have Adult Gymnastics Classes on Thursday evenings, around 6:00pm to 7:30 pm. We hope to have classess beginning after Labor Day, with our first class starting on Septeber 8th! Depending on interest, it could be sooner, so fill out the form so we can keep you in the loop!

ClassList Item 2
A typical Adult Gymnastics Class will be in groups, with ideally anywhere from 8-15 members. No experience needed! There will 1-2 coaches, likley a member of the University of Minnesota Men's Gymnastics Team or head coach Mike Burns himself. Also, there will be an AGE LIMIT of 21-45 to ensure a more cohesive environment.
Class will begin with a group active-warmup, followed by some drills on gymnastics fundementals and basics and then transition into more individual skill work. At this point, members will be free to work on skills of their choice individually while the coach provides feedback.

TuitionList Item 3
The tentative cost of Adult Classes at Foundation Gymnastics will be around $35-$40 per class or $120-$140 a month. Multiple month packages will be available at a discounted rate as well.

Foundation Gymanstics is committed to an encouraging environment full of positive feedback and detailed instruction. We are proud to have some of a the most expereinced coaches in state with some still competing at the highest level in the country. We are excited to share our knowledge of gymnastics as best we can with anyone who shares our love for the sport. See you there!
